OMG, there are five of you? But I've only got enough of this cocktail mix for one.
What's that? Because you've been making the exact same things on the exact same days, you've brought your own. Well, hallelujah!
Gin, ginger and tayberry coulis and crushed ice cocktail.
Not too much ginger and make sure to add a fair bit of icing sugar when you make the coulis.
Oh, and don't spend too long photographing it afterwards. That Ice won't keep forever.
